Session 2 – Policy Coverage & The Legal Aspects of Property Insurance – 10:45am to 1.00pm

• What are Provisos, Exclusions and Warranties? And how they can affect claims

Part B – Practical Course in Property Insurance
Session 3 – Common Errors – 9am to 1.00pm
• Can Agents be sued? The answer is yes! And how to avoid it.
• Errors made by the Insured and/or Agents.
• The major differences between Life Insurance and General Insurance.
• How can the Agent make sure that almost every claim is paid? Impossible but there are precautions that can be taken.

• Technical Support and Collaboration with Intermediary and Agents
